Should more coins be launched?

Personally I think the coins available in the coin market at the moment are too much and it could lead to loss in the worth of crypto currencies soon. I feel if like ten coins (Bitcoin, litecoin, ethereum, doge, xrp, dash, etc ) are mined, traded and exchanged it will be safe and sustainable.

You know what, I too agree with you... I feel like there was a time in the market when only a few cryptocurrencies existed and that was actually a good time where the value of all of them was increasing, however, now I feel like there are way too many coins and their values are always fluctuating in the market.

There are thousands of cryptocurrencies nowadays , and everyday there exists a new crypto. And half of them are shit coins. So I believe only the major cryptocurrencies(maybe 10-50) like Bitcoin , ethereum or litecoin can be used for trading or other purpose.

absolutely only coins that have a real team and have shown development in the last five years should be allowed in my opinion
This is true. I believe there should be a team or a regulatory body governing the funding and development of new cryptocurrency and either rejecting or accepting its proposal into the crypto market

You are right so much of a thing makes the thing lose value and I think it's same with so many coins on the network. There are so many valueless coins already and it should be stopped to gain value by the major ones.

everyday new coins launch and you can't stop that it's like startups in real world but only few make it and became tradable the ones who has somethnig special to offer
besides others are just trash

Most of the Airdrops don't see the light of the day and good number of coins that makes it to the coinmarket are just dormant or sleeping coins.

you're mate... there are too many coins in the market.. how i wish the coins could be reduced to just top 10 coins.. that could have make sense.

That's what happen when something became successful enough - now every single one of them want a piece of that pie and flooding the market with shitcoins.

there are dozens of coins that probably people never heard of, they are just laying there collecting dust, so i don't think more coins will be needed, unless they are completely planned before launching them , so they can atleast bring something unique or gets their value increased real quick

I guess naturally the system may reshape it self because of developers discovered most coins Don't make it to the trading trend then most them will desist from launching new coins to investing into the surviving and trending coins

Coins are coming out almost Everytime and it's making it hard to know which coin to invest on. Some coins should not even be named coin, because of the managers behind it. So many coins are just occupying space for nothing!
This is true , many people have lost their money by investing on some new coins that never got listed or listed in the coin market but are just their with no significant improvement.

I think in your direction too. Most new coins are having challenges making it to market because of too many existing coins in the market already . I think if the coins can be reduced to a certain number .

The best is to buy and hold already existing coins with potential while you trade with caution the trending coins in the respective trading platforms .

True. However the new coins don't normally make it to the market because people sells them off immediately they earn them through airdrop , perhaps because no one trusts them .

I dont think there should be so many new coins launched. It's ok to launch like a couple dozen coins a year as long as they are helpful but now there are there are thousands of coins, most of them scam

Exactly my thought aswel, imagine for those who at not well knowledgeable it's just so confusing.Ithink there should be some form of regulation about the coins.Tge way am looking at it you can't even keep count.
