When you go to any cryptocurrency exchange there is a lot of cryptocurrency coins that do not have any trade volume over the last 6 months. Do you think that it is in the best interest of the exchange to rather take out these coins from their list in order for the potential cryptocurrency candidates to be more focused on those coins that have a marketable future. This would make it easier for the beginners that are entering the cryptocurrency market and also will likely increase the volume of trade on that specific cryptocurrency exchange. Do you think that it is a good idea to remove coins that have not been traded within 6 months?

Yeah its true they should delist some token ,because since they are not been traded they fetch no profit for the platform and that have been the issue

I agree with you. Is coins actually hold no value to the cryptocurrency exchange and there is no intention of pumping the coin or restarting the coin as well which will inevitably lead to a lot of unnecessary coins on a cryptocurrency exchange. I noticed that some exchanges offer good interest rates for these coins however if there is no buyer market then there's no point in receiving interest.

They should just delist those coins as most of those are already dead or their developers already left them with no more future plans. It will be bad for new investors to buy them and expect something from it in the long term

all good exchanges often delist coins and even nowadays if a coin gets a complaint trading is immediately restricted happened recently for some coins like xrp and more so it is fact , as the volume declines , exchanges are bound to take an action on such coin not showing good performance

New investors should stay away from any coin that does not have a trading volume in teh last month in my opinion, or if the trading volume is just a couple hundred dollars. These are the coins that show not interest and therefore buying them will make it hard or impossible to sell later on.

This is why I like cryptocurrency wallets like luno and coinbase, they have no clutters of unmarketable coins. Exchanges and wallets should not have anything to do with these coins untill they are in the market. They can go and be operating on their website.

Though there are also instances where a dead coin rises. In which a single person invested greatly in it then it grows rapidly them hits the news then you see people flocking in it

This would require a major investor because they would have to increase the value to a substantial portion that is not met with a subsequent decline in its price. Basically something like this can only happen if the person has a good follower base in order to promote this dead coin and reignite its trade.

Yep that's true , though if that person's followers already have ample knowledge about cryptocurrency they would know that they are just being manipulated to bring back the dead coin and get profit

Also a very good point. I think that with the number of new users that are getting involved with crypto on a daily basis that there is an increasing number of people that could potentially still fall victim to such a manipulation and that is why the masses need to be made aware of such tactics.

In the first place what facilitates for the initial introduction of a new coin on the market. Because i think this market has just been too over crowded with coins that we cannot even understand their origin and what value their bring to the crypto world.

Coming to the matter at hand, yes the useless coins should not be appearing on exchangers. The main reason is that other coins are promoted by scammers who just want to steal from the unsuspecting individuals.

I think they should be delisted. Coins with no trading volume for three months or more should be delisted because they hardly ever resuscitate after such a long period.
I definitely agree with you and i think that the exchanges have unnecessary coins on their system whereas this can be used to list more promising coins and airdrops.

I agree with you here. many coins enter the market directly and they have little to no trading volume right from teh get go and this has caused major confusion among new crypto users as they think they are getting a cheap crypto, when actually it is useless.

I need to read more on this as i want to begin the business of staking coins. I know digital assets have revolutionized how to invest but there is need for order and consumer or investor protection in this regard. Hence the owners of the coin new coins need to be liable and not just abandon them and yet people can still be able to pump money in something which is not even tradable and has little to no trading volume.

I think it depends on some factors. First is trading volume as you said. Fundamentals of that coin might be a factor to assess if the coin will gain traction again or not. Are developers active? Does the coin have a specific utility? Does it need some marketing to gain traction? All these things might play a role in deciding to remove a trading pair or not.

If you are looking into the possibility of staking coins then i would say that the best thing to look at is the coins that you are investing in. Often the higher the interest rate the greater the risk in teh coin and its value. This is just a personal point that i have noted based on my experience in the past. I hope that this is able to help you :)

I cannot say am there yet to be well vested in understanding digital assets but i just rely on guess work and common knowledge as i monitor the charts daily, weekly and monthly. But i recently made a $10 profit on one of the top coins am holdling and it felt really good.

All in all i still get your line of opinion here.It can be a very good indicator to use.

they do delist dead coins. the big exchanges list new coins which are popular and upcoming and delist the ones which see no or less volume

Congratulations on your $10 profit! That is incredible. To some this may not seem like much, however from my perspective a 10 profit is great. I am sure that this will be a great motivating factor in helping you with the confidence that you may have in your future trades.
