There are many people that are new to cryptocurrency that ask me if i think that crypto will ever become a physical currency and if it will be able to exist as a coin or so forth to pay for items. In my opinion, this can never happen because the value of some coins are very large and you would not be able to pay for items with less than a single coin. Therefore i think that it would be impractical to turn this digital currency into a physical one. What are your thoughts on this?

since there are some many zeros after the decimal point, it would be basically impossible to make fractions of crypto coins. cryptos started out as digital assets & i think they should stay as digital assets. maybe if they make a novelty coin or token, just for show, it would be nice & cool. but to be use daily, it would be impossible i think.

It is not possible to make fractions of a cryptocurrency coin and therefore it will make no sense in order to make that into a physical currency because people will not be able to actually use it however if you are investing and utilising large payment options then perhaps you are utilising a couple of Bitcoin at a time and in this case it would make sense.

No.. it should remain as it is today.. digital that's the point of making it anyway.. if it goes physical then what's the difference between that and fiat
This is why varieties is the spice of life I don't see the need of making this one physical when we have almost all other currencies in a physical form. we are in the digital age so having digital money to go with wouldn't be any issue. so the best bet is to have both digital and fiat that we are can go for any that we need

Cryptocurrencies are built based on te blockchain technology , which itself is digital and uses programming and software concepts. So , it's not possible to find a physical crypto coin like Gold. Cryptocurrencies are virtual currencies and can never be touched with bare hands.

They are more virtual ,I don't know why people want it physical , probably the physical value and look would make it very easy to convince people to place interest in Crypto currency ,not knowing the decentralized nature of cryptocurrency is also characterized by the physical look of cryptocurrency

Yeah , bitcoin is very costly , and it is not possible to buy like 0.01 of bitcoin if it is physical coin , so there is no point in making it physical. Only rich people can buy 1 coin or more , the normal traders cannot buy in fractions of bitcoin. So bitcoin is always virtual currency but it's real fur sure , this clarity need to be developed in people's mindset. Otherwise it is hard to believe in the concept of cryptocurrency and blockchain for any normal minded guy.

The thing is that it's not too compulsory it's created at 1 Bitcoin all over when it's made with physical cash ,just like the way dollar was made after 1 dollar there is 1 cent and others ,I think this could be applicable to Bitcoin as it could be given another name when they are trying to make a place for 0.01 Bitcoin ,instead of 1 Bitcoin all round

That's true as well. So perhaps thats the not the reason then why bitcoin isn't made as a physical currency. The only reason now I can think of is it works on blockchain technology and was invented or developed by some software engineers , so obviously it should be a digital currency or a virtual currency.

It is better to be using it as it was because it's has even becime universal means if transacting this days.
so therefore its may not needs to be physically spending now but still had that great value.

I really like how it's created like that , because imagine how it's going to be carrying huge amount of Bitcoin about ,it would really be a stress and the digital form is actually bthe preferable form of it for me ,I really love Bitcoin trading ,it's very much risky and it's still much better once it comes to investing in itv

Yeah , in this digital era , we all love online activities like trading bitcoin or earning from online sites. So bitcoin is about all time favorite crypto to hold and trade , and also to earn it from different sites. I like the idea of blockchain technology too , and I am thinking of joining a course on it in future because it's demanding field across the world and new software technology is also getting developed in daily basis.

There is no reason to consider crypto as physical currency since crypto itself has no physical form. Digital currency is more flexible to work with, and they don't take up space like physical currency does. Overall, it's easier to transfer money no matter the destination, with crypto.

Cryptocurrency being virtual is an advantage itself and I wouldn't want it any other way. That advantage even spreads to having governments bring out the digital versions of their fiats. The world is gradually advancing to a level where digital money would be in use more than the regular paper money we currently spend.

I think it's better if cryptocurrency stays digital rather than becoming physical. If it stays digital then it's much easier to pay for any type of goods, but if it existed as a physical coin then this would become a much lengthier process. We would need to calculate the value of each physical coin. Moreover, the crypto that you own will be much more secure in the digital world due to high-level encryption.

Personally I don't think it is even compulsory for government to adopt it it is it should be made to allow to run or is it on it own people who are interested in it should trade it on their own risk.
No matter how cryptocurrency want to appear as long as the source can't be traced and centralized it will be really difficult for the government to inculcate it into the system or make it a physical tender, crypto currency is in different variations from Bitcoin, etherium, dogecoin etc and they don't have any fix pattern of movement m

This is a very good one from you , I think in China courses relating to Blockchain technology are been taught in school , the world is really evolving and the use of Blockchain technology is gradually taking place ,so many are really keen on learning because of the potential it would have to make them self employed

Unfortunately , those things are not taught in our country at the school level . not even the basic financial knowledge is taught in our schools. This is the reason of high level unemployment in our country. So, I aspire to be unique and learn more about these new technologies like blockchain and AI to distinguish myself from the rest of the people and to also develop myself.

I don't think that cryptocurrencies will ever turn into a physical currency. I don't even want them to ever be physical currencies. They are just best as digital currencies. I agree with your reason that some of them have a really high value that won't even be tangible. But all in all, their nature as digital transactions makes them so convenient to use.

Definitely even in my countries it's not been taught ,I wish the government could look into this ,but it seems like they don't care but interested in other things ,even crypto currency is not acceptable for payment and other transaction of it involving the banks ,that's the way it is ,I hope things changes

The government does look for other developments in our country but they don't consider it to teach financial knowledge and new technology in schools , students are rather taught to memorize things and write in exams which will never help in long run. Cryptocurrencies is such an interesting topic , so we as students need to self learn about these new technologies so that we can create something new.
