A thought came to me, i was just imagining how it would be if BMF could also have it's own coin BMFCOIN! BMF has come a long way, it has helped alot of users working on it, bmf is fun, educative and informative, you earn in every aspect. If corporations like facebook and Google could create their own coin, I think BMF can or should also have it's own coin, that can be used to conduct transactions. just my opinion.

What is your opinion ?

Will it replace other means of withdrawal or be added to it?

Will the creation of BMF token be possible?

I believe anything is possible with us the users. If we push for a BMF Coin and digitally it makes business sense for the Company , the it can be done.
There are many coins right now. It will take more years for the coins to gain recognition. The users of the BMF is not that enough to make the coins reach the limelight. I don't think this should be done right now but may be later.

Same idea kept BMF from launching a new token, in future there will be more projects. Right now, it is still time
However, now we should just leave it to the owner, if owner decides, then it's ok.

If Mr. B was ready to make BMF a coin to be listed on exchanges, he can achieve and it will attract more members to the forum and the presale will be massive because the forum is known to be legit

It would indeed be cool if BMF create their own token. This strong user base could help launch a BMF coin by supporting it early on. With so many users already familiar and trusting of the platform, it give the token a head start to reach more people compared to some new crypto projects.

Sounds a good idea. Yet it would need a lot of analysis, cost calculations and a Plan.
If it sounds fine, then a Proof-of-concept running would be needed in such a case.
Proof-of-concept is a nice idea, but also it will go such as proof of post in proof of work type. I don't mind it as I withdraw quit a large amount, yet it have to be accepted in exchanges, so that we may trade it for some other token too.

Let us hope he will consider the project anytime soon. Though I don't know the financial implication of such a project and how he can assemble trustworthy members to achieve success. I am optimistic with the strategy the project will be successful.

So the new currency needs to have good interoperability and if that is enabled, it would be good for each of us here.

I think if BMF creates it's own cryptocurrency, the forums would generally stand to benefit from such. It would give incentives from the potential bmf crypto to members of the forum which would encourage more people across divides to join the forum.

Mr. B no longer owns Beer Money Forum. I don't think the new owners are even considering this. But why not? Everybody is making their own crypto. Fidelity is a widely respected financial service company in the USA. They recently started offering Fidelity Crypto®, and I thought they would never do that!

Are you serious about this? I've not been active for a while some time so I'm not aware of the change of ownership. Also I do see some BMF tokens though I've doubted if they from Mr B or a random impersonator.

Fidelity Crypto? That is news for me? Ages ago, I had applied for a position in that company but could not get through.
I wonder if purchasing their Crypto would open "some gates" for me now?
:)

The concept of BMF having its own coin, BMFCOIN, is interesting. While it could enhance transactions and user incentives, creating a new token involves technical and regulatory considerations. Whether it complements existing methods or replaces them depends on platform goals and user preferences. The creation of a BMF token is technically feasible but requires careful planning and compliance with regulations.

The new owner of Beermoneyforum might consider it, but there is less possibility of getting involved in crypto without carefully deciding on everything. Right now, the Bitcoin and crypto ban in China would effect his decision.

If he his from China it will be difficult to dive into cryptocurrency. Secondly, BMF can go into launching its coin as a crypto but it may be capital intensive because of the ICO and airdroping activities.

Oh that could have been a great and wonderful decision. Because I think BMF is the largest forums among others forums available presently now, the community will support the growth of the coin just like steemit project did. Content writers earn steem coin as the rewards of thier jobs doing. Let just see what will happen.

You're on point, that's what always make some people to withdraw themselves from bringing a Blockchain projects. Because consulting ico platform and airdrop would required a lot of capital.

I wasn't know cryptocurrency has been banned in china. That sounds sadly, a lot of people living out there have interest for cryptocurrency maybe they can still use P2P. If not because of the banned it could have been a very nice decision for this platform to have their native token.

Cryptocurrency activities closely monitoring China which makes it even very difficult to use peer-to-peer for transactions. Also the major activities of cryptocurrencies that were carried out in China was mining plus the country's population advantage which was a propeller for the price of Bitcoin.
