I can confirm this too. @KatFile Team posted something today about removing all the ads for testing purpose but he deleted the post right after. I thought it's not that big a deal. But now, I see it doesn't count anything.

I don't know if your script support this or not. but...
As you might know, Cloudflare recently abandoned Google's recaptcha because it will be a paid service soon(for business usage).

Cloudflare moved to hCaptcha. I'm sure you're familiar with it. It's just like recaptcha, secure, free and modern. You know it's secure when Clouflare is using it.

I'm sure many publishers here agree that recaptcha is a pain in the ass.
Nobody likes recaptcha.

Migrating from recaptcha to hCaptcha would be a huge improvement for many people.

But it's not all.

The important thing here is "Privacy Pass"

Privacy Pass is an add-on for Chrome and Firefox, which allows users to securely solve hCaptcha without anything.
They can pass both cloudflare captcha challenge page and hCaptcha with it.

It's not a security bug or something. It's meant to be. totally legal.
When a user solves an hCaptcha he/she gains some passes that allow the user to bypass the captcha securley. Nothing to worry about.

So, this basically means more security for you and a captcha-less experience for users.
They don't bypass your shorteners pages, it's just the captcha.

If users have the Privacy Pass addon, they would go through shorteners without having to solve too much captchas all the time.

Also you should know, many webmasters don't use shorteners only because of the recaptcha. It'll drives users away.
So this might be a perfect oppertunity to gain more publishers and grow your business.

Hopefully we see this huge yet easy upgrade on your site.

Lovely idea. I will support at all cost, this will be exactly what publishers want. I did not know recaptcha will soon be paid, but unfortunately their script, the script all people have, adlinkfly, does not support it, which will be an issue. It seems there will be a need to use SolveMedia, as that is the only other one it supports.
