You've always been great with customer support, I'm sure you will figure it out.
I'm pretty certain that I'm not sending any proxy traffic now, after having upgraded the ip-filtering.
I know I can set filters depending on different variables, so I assume you can too, and sometimes those filters need a little TLC. ;D
If you're considering upping the viewcount per ip, that would be awesome news.
