I know the owner since mid 2017, and he always pays. Honest man with clik.pw and now with short.pe, same owner. If you have any problems with that shortener let me know. As far as I'm concerned this is legit and trusted shortener. However the disadvantages are - captcha is not reCaptcha but the other one:

what was your payment method? As far as i see , all methods are still there , just minimum is 5$ and not 1$/3 dollar as it was before.

They removed webmoney at morning, also they increased minimum to 3, now to 5! I checked that at 3 pm today, sorry that this happen, i mean this site was good cuz of its low minimum, but now with rates for world 3cpm it will take long time reaching minimum
