I think it is possible to lend your friend your PayPal address so that when they withdraw, you receive the payment and then pay them in cash later. But doing this can make a site owner think you have multiple accounts because they all have same PayPal address as payment method.

Is it safe to share PayPal address with a friend who doesn't have PayPal?

No payment processor can be shared. Apart of being extremely unsafe, this conduct is forbidden. Paypal applies strict restrictions (maybe deleting the account too) as becoming aware of the account sharing.
Yes PayPal has a place on their website where they earn against sharing of accounts. Well I will just allow my friend to use my address to receive payment just for friendship sake.

To be very honest it is better that the both of you should have your own separate PayPal account. Opening a PayPal account is not something that will take you more than an hour to get it up and running and there can be implications if you guys continue sharing one account especially if it involves big numbers.

PayPal as a financial service provider was made in such a way that only one person is allowed to have a single account. I do not recommend that you should share your account with another person. If the person wants to use the application then it is advisable that he should open and verify his own separately.

Though to be honest the final decision is your choice to make honestly, you know the friend better than anyone else but personally the truth of the matter is that when it comes to money, no one can actually be trusted. Someone once said, you can only know a persons through character when they have money or In a situation where money is involved. It's better you don't share or be on the safer side.

Exactly, you are correct. No body can know the characters if who closed to you as your friend than you, so I can not use my own friends character judge other people friend. But no matter how it may be as for me, I can not share my PayPal or any account with my friends.

That's the truth of it. Everyone should have a own account, there is nothing like sharing in my own side. Though, if you do not have account it your account is yet to verified, and you want to use my account to collect/withdraw money I can help you with that but I will never share my password or code with you.

That's better, back then when I was in school I had a friend who wanted to make use of my bank account cause his own was not functioning, so since we where roommates he felt he could use mine. I refused cause I have heard of cases where some lie that they have been sent money and Notting came and I don't really trust anyone.

Everyone has their own opinion and if you ask me I would ask you what kind of friend are you talking about here? Some friends have been with us from a long time and are completely trustworthy but others we don't know much about and have only met online. I have let my friends borrow my PayPal plenty of times because I know if things go bad I can instantly reset my password and lock them out of the account after all everything stays in my hand even if I let someone borrow my account. At the end it's your choice whether you want to do it or not

I don't really see it as a wise decision to share your PayPal address with anyone be it a friend or not because you might just end up loosing everything I'll advise you help your friend get his own PayPal account to avoid stories that touches the heart because anything can happen at anytime.
That's right, we need to be security conscious at all times, you don't even know what they are using the account for, it could be some sort of illegal activity or something. There was a case some time back, where a guy gave his friend his account to make use of, later he was arrested that his account was used for some illegal dealings, this was something he knew nothing about.

PayPal will limit your account and you won't be able to withdraw any money in it if they discover that you are sharing the login details with someone else.

They are going to discover about this when your friend is using another IP to log into the Paypal account and perform some transaction in it.

Things like this will trigger the anti theft in the PayPal system and the next action will be to limit your account.

Another thing is that if your friend use your PayPal account to receive huge amount of money which is far larger than the one usually receive, your account will be limited and you will not have any access to the fund again.

If your friend needs PayPal service, you should go and open a verified one for himself to use.

Not just PayPal alone, but anything related to bank, one really needs to be careful, I have heard cases where people bank account has been blocked cause of one reason or the other. Just like you explained, the banks are very sensitive once they notice that money bigger than what usually comes into the account, they would start investigations.

Yes it is good to be security conscious all the time by making sure that our personal details and account are always very confidential because if you give out your account anyhow all the time if anything happens that may warrant the authorities setting in then we will always be the ones that will face the consequences.
That's right and if you do not have enough evidence to back or defend yourself, you would be arrested for a crime you know Notting about. This story I made mention of, I don't really know the full details but in the end he was able to defend himself, this is what saved him, after bringing enough evidence that he was not the one who made use of the account.

Still the dating prevention is better than cute could probably be also applied in this situation as sharing your PayPal account with your friend comes with risks with the terms of PayPal and you risk your account of banning, and also you risks the security of your bank accounts connected to your PayPal account also

If you don't want to do giveaway with your funds don't try it,there is a reason why they use email and not keywords or phrase or numbers,I lost 25 dollars because I used a friends PayPal to make withdrawal from zap survey platform, if you intend to use someone PayPal try to make findings or you their PayPal from the beginning to the end of the transaction.
