I make this Pool, to understand what is more easy, for One side a fast Chat and while viewing the forum, you can instantly chat with a click in the same page,But a small windowed chat that occup only a small space of your view.In the Other Side, the chat is in the chat page https://www.beermoneyforum.com/chat/ a FullScreen Page that allow you dedicate your time only to the chat in a fullscreen chat room, i want ask users what you prefer in this pool or if change you would use the chat room :p Vote no cost nothing =P

I like to chat in the separate page but if found there are more members wanting chat to be embedded in the forum homepage it can be done with couple clicks.

Thanks for posting this pool, I'm curious if there are other members who care about this.

If chat will be embedded in every page of the forum, I suggest that the user has ability to turn it off, for example by setting a switch in user preferences.

@Cryptonaut I agree with you. I would like it to also have a small chat box embedded on some/ all pages. But if you don't want it you can switch it off. And want that the Chat page keep existing as it is now. So that box is extra.

I also like the idea of a sidechat at every page. But as already someone said, it should be easy to deactivate. Else, it could become very annoying.
I would also keep the chat as it is right now as an additional chat. That means, if you want to really chat in a big window, you can do so. That would be the best for everyone, because then, everybody can chose what he prefers.

I really like your idea because I think that a minimized chat would make more people use it. To take your idea even further it'd maybe be cool to be able to chat directly with other users instead of having to exchange PM's?
