The SEC is a division that specializes in securities, and that was the primary concern when it came to the ripple lawsuit that happened at the start of the year (and could still be ongoing if I am not mistaken). Anyway, according to one of the senators in the United States of America, who is Senator Pat Toomey, he says that the SEC has no business in being involved with the regulation of cryptocurrency because cryptocurrency is not deemed to be a security. Do you agree with this senator in his thoughts or do you think that the SEC has express right to be involved within this process?

dont really agree with his statement because sec function is also part of protecting investors funds and investment , so despite not being a security they can still do such function and involve in crypto

I just googled Pat Toomey. It's hard to convince senior citizens and that's the fact.
Senior citizens can be hard to convince because it is a major technological development, and having grown up with a single financial system it is hard to understand something that could challenge that when you have become so used to the conventional fiat currency expenditure.

think many are so used with the old age use of forex ,stock and others ,so it would be really hard just trying to convince them on the trending investment which crypto currency is part of

Except when they get involved and keep accusing some currency of being a security coin.. and makes the price drops in result of them suing the creators
