There are many marketplace these days to sell your software, audio, photos, video etc. And these marketplace pays flat fee on the downloads. Most of the time the earning from such marketplace is not that high. In fact those marketplace can be pretty low cost way for the people to download the assets. And that means your effort gets paid low. But if numbers make the difference then 4$ worth of item gets sold to 1000 people can bring in good revenue in passive mode without having to work on supporting them one by one.
