Basically, by selling paypal funds (that are in USD by default) for cash that's in your local currency, you might be committing a crime, because there are legal and official agencies that are responsable for currency exchange, so be careful and avoid doing that .

I think i also know about that, but i don't believe there's there's crime in that most especially we know there's limitation here in african countries, Paypal don't care since the amount of money exchanged, we can only send money through PayPal but can't receive,

I think this would depend on country to country, as in my country there are some individuals here that buy paypal funds and gives you funds in your preferred mobile wallet as not really everyone can withdraw their paypal funds as some have difficulties or do not have bank accounts or credit cards, these individuals usually get a cut usually quite small but it adds up especially if there are alot of people that wants to exchange

I think if one account is found to be doing this especially when you are receiving alot of paypal funds from different accounts in a short amount of time paypal might have to check your account or eventually suspend it because I think it is against their terms to sell paypal funds for in exchange of real cash, although one can just link their bank and cash it out

I am sure that PayPal might not allow such kind of activity and I really do not know why would someone do that until or unless someone is trying to exchange PayPal funds through cash with someone. I think it is much better to check the terms and conditions of PayPal or open this topic in the PayPal community and get some guidance about this issue.

the thing is that they won't be able to know that the person have conducted a peer to peer by trading their PayPal funds ,all they would think is the normal transferring ,and I think there are exchange platform to exchange your PayPal funds are people are making use of it without any qualms

I reckon that this is only possible when there is hand to hand cash transfer between two parties, then I think that it would be legal and PayPal would have no problem with that. For example, let's say you are my friend who lives besides me and both of us have PayPal accounts. You gave me cash and asked me to transfer funds to your PayPal account. I received cash payment from you and made a transfer to your PayPal account. In this scenario, PayPal would not even know that you gave me cash and I transferred funds to you.

First of all PayPal is the same as real cash so it doesn't make sense that exchanging it for fiat currency could be legal. Also I have personally been exchanging PayPal for fiat and even other digital currencies for almost five years now. If it was illegal big companies like paxful and binance would not be offering this service because it would have caused them major issues

What worries me is that there are many exchanges that claim that they could easily convert PayPal cash to any other payment processor. I am actually quite shocked that how can such exchanges provide such kind of services when utilizing such kind of exchanges is actually prohibited by PayPal's term of service!

they actually don't have satellite in our homes ,so they wouldn't even know if we are doing transfers and others ,I think we could do it as we like even on beer money forum market place , people actually do conduct transaction involving PayPal ,so I really see nothing so bad in that

This is actually a very strange news that I am hearing because I have known a lot of people who have been exchanging PayPal funds for real money in bank account and I even advertising it on Facebook and other social media networks. When you look at it critically I see no reason why it should be a crime but then they always have their own reasons.

This is one of the most insane reviews that I have ever seen because I do not see in any reason why something like this will be like that . It is just like you trying to exchange a good for a service because all of you are all pricing your different payment options at a particular price and this is just business not a way of trying to exploit the platform.

If you are going to observe closely how the business is done then I do not think anybody can be able to consider that as a illegal . There are a lot of people who do not know how to operate the platform or at least it is not available and their country and as such they will have to send it to somebody who will convert it and then send it to their local currency.
