I currently need to sell Gmail type Edu including unlimited Google Drive, can register office 365, Imagine, Amazon Prime, Store OneTheHub, 1TB OneDrive.

The Edu is an educational email address and assigned to a student that is in school and taking online classes. I know this because I have 2 nieces that are in school and they need to use this. I don't think you have the right to sell this off at all. The educational system gives students access to this when they are attending classes. What you describe in here is part of the educational package that all students receive when they enroll in the online classes.
