Yes, you are right, her name started to be heard much....... I hope it takes a leading role in order to make some legal arrangements, not like a penal institution.I think SEC is getting very busy with crypto companies in recent times and I do hope this is some kind of genuine interest in the welfare of investors and not any form of witch hunting whatsoever.
I guess it is better to look at things from that point of view and there are even chances that the issue is not that big of a deal.Governments are dealing with cryptocurrencies, and this one is something to delt with; if there was something like scam, then SEC should do something; they are only suing, not punishing, everything is in court now.
It is of course correct to address such events in some way. But they seem to be too late to intervene. It's an event in 2018, but now it's sued, I hope they act fasterThis is good at least it will serve a notice to those still enraging in such businesses. If found guilty I will like there assets to be sold and use the money realized to settle those duped.
I think if the SEC behaves as you say, that's a good thing, of course. We are just hearing its name, let's see what it can do for irregular transactions detected in the market.I like it when crime is relegated to the background because a famous person is in connection with it. I think SEc is really out to pull down fraudulent companies. Kudos then
Oh yeah it a good thing to have them here, as you have rightly pointed out I hope they will do more in the crypto currency market especially for fraudulent activitiesI think if the SEC behaves as you say, that's a good thing, of course. Yeah. The coin has been on the uptrend despite the lawsuit issue and we believe that it will continue to rise more and more with time . We just need to take the risk and investI don't know why the SEC and government are trying to centralise crypto. We have heard controversies about the SEC recently with the ripple lawsuit. I think the effect of the lawsuit is wearing of positively for ripple

I think presently , ripple don't just sue any company ,because their present case with ripple has made them to be carefully with their lawsuit .If SEC has good case especially that it is related to Scam or bankruptcy no doubt they will win the case, it is not good for famous people to scam people.
They continue to discharge their duty to regulate and takes action when necessary ,I don't think they will be remorseful loosing Ripple case. If this new case is well studied they will win.I think presently , ripple don't just sue any company ,because their present case with ripple has made them to be carefully with their lawsuit .
Actually they should because it will be their first lose ,and ripple will claim damages that will be very demanding on SEC . My concern is for the case to be ruled. They continue to discharge their duty to regulate and takes action when necessary ,I don't think they will be remorseful loosing Ripple case. If this new case is well studied they will win.
