The SEC has been very full cool when it comes to cryptocurrency and for many people they believe that this agency does not have a very good impression of cryptocurrency. Those few increased by the fact that there was a major lawsuit that happened against the ripple cryptocurrency. However, in a recent statement it seems that the chairman of this agency is against there being excessive regulatory measures that are implemented on cryptocurrency saying that if this is the case it could severely hinder future innovation. Do you agree with him?

SEC has really voice it's position on crypto, and they maybe right on the other hand, but the usefulness of crypto is far outweigh its disadvantage.

Too much regulation could affect because it could have effect on the decentralisation aspect of crypto currency ,so o dont really like the idea of more regulation

Well , Finally if they have accepted the position then its good because its actually going to add more emoatice to the development and make it move faster

Definitely the use of it would surely outweigh the disadvantage, when more people continues to capitalize more on the advantage instead of the disadvantage it would grow and improve it more

Ofcourse when the regulations imposed on some cryptocurrency companies is much , new projects will be scared of coming into the space.

It may be true. If they had really wanted to severely crackdown on cryptocurrency, things would have been worse for more. There will still be some people though who will side against him and push their own views forward

SEC is neither here nor there. It stood inbetween the crypto world and the critics. It will be very difficult to know the plight of the agency when it comes to cryptocurrency.

Yeah Right , They CN Sue Anybody Just When The Company Is Growing And That's Only Gonna Add Pressure On The Company To Be Honest Actually .

I think that this is the concern that many people tend to have with these commission because there is not set side that they have chosen, wanting to legalize it yet filing many lawsuits against it as well.

I also feel there is strict regulations it could help reduce the rate at which other coins are been launched with no case value but to make money and dump.

I don't understand what you mean by stricter regulations actually creating a lot of pump-and-dump schemes when it comes to a cryptocurrency coins. I would expect that regulations would actually help to reduce this.

I mean if SEC is strict with regulatory activities, they would figure out coins that don't have value but lure people to invest and dump later.
