The US securities and Exchange commission has accused Elon Musk of violating court by Tweeting without adult supervision, the SEC his tweets are supposed to pass through his cooperate lawyers before sending them to Twitter handle.
Recall his tweet mid last month was part of the major cause in the Crypto currency market dip.
Wall Street Journal also reported that the violation occurred in 2019 and 2020 too when he tweeted about solar roof production volumes and the second the company's stock price which he was fine $20 million,

Elon Musk is an adult that can do as he pleases without supervision but the least he could do is weigh his word and tweets before making them fly around.
