Reuters reported that Gary Gensler, who served as the chairman of the Commodity Futures Contracts Commission during the Obama term, will be appointed by the Biden administration as SEC Chairman.
For Gens, comments are made that it is crypto money friendly.
Do you think this assignment could positively affect the XRP case?

Why are they changing chairman like that. Are they trying to do some thing that we are not seeing. I pray that the new chairman will favour ripple win the law suit filed against them

We cannot know what is happening among themselves anymore, but the current task change is now on the agenda. Perhaps a better development is the introduction of the new president as crypto-friendly.

Like you rightly said that we don't know what is happening around them. I hope it is for the development of all. Not that this new one will spoil things and make things miserable

if the new chairman is crypto friendly like is believed, maybe he might be sympathetic towards the ripple team and who knows if they might be able to settle their dispute out of court?
Why not what you said, maybe it can happen. Maybe even now they are negotiating to deal? There may be things we do not know, but this will be discussed in court as soon as possible.

I am of the opinion that a new SEC chairman, especially one who is sympathetic to the ripple case, might not want to start off his tenure by causing a devastating impact on people's investment in ripple.

Whether the new SEC chief will have a positive impact on this case, we will soon see. But first I hope the XRP side is well prepared for the case.

Today, there has been a development regarding the expected news on this subject. Gensler name officially announced for SEC presidency

I believe Biden as a president has right to change whomever he wants to change ,but he needs to have people he can trust in the crucial offices

Well, that is correct about Biden's choice. I wouldn't expect any negative impact to be felt because of the change on the ongoing case with ripple
