Hello everyone,
I'd like to thank Mr. B for recommending our Google Trends marketing tool here. As the outreach manager for TermChase, I'd be happy to answer all questions anyone might have.
In case you didn't know, we provide a 7 day free trial, so you can test it without any risks. However, before you do that, I'd like to give some perspective on how and why our database will benefit you.
As has been already suggested, our tool has great value for finding new niches to capitalize on. While there are many tools out there that can provide you with niche ideas, TermChase.com works quite differently. It's not a tool to get just
any niche ideas...
At its core, we provide a database of keywords with their popularity. While other keyword tools use the monthly search volume from keyword planner (which comes with major problems), or a modified form of this, we go a different route. By scraping and analyzing data from Google Trends, we provide approximate predictions of their rise in popularity in the short term. Furthermore, we use data going back over a decade to predict the longevity of its popularity.
The value created thereby can be summed up by the following two points:
- Using short-term predictions to capitalize on keywords that have a high chance of rising in popularity over the next few weeks.
- Using long-term predictions to justify the creation of highly detailed and long pieces of content.
Especially short-term predictions can be very beneficial to marketers who want to benefit from emerging trends. As an example, imagine you have a blog or website with SEO as traffic source, and you write an article about a topic that has seen a strong upward trend in popularity over the past few
days. Since Keyword Planner data, and even modified forms of it, take
months to catch up with this change in popularity due to their use of past 12 month average diluting the rise of search volume, you will be ahead of most competitors by a long shot.
If your content has proper quality, then your chance that Google shows it in the top 10 for the keyword and/or its variations will be quite high due to low competition. Once competitors realize the surge in search volume, they'll most likely use Google to find quality sources. And who will they link to? With high likelihood, your article. This creates a certain effect where your effort to remain in the top 10 is almost negligible, because links build themselves.
My point is that in SEO, being one of the first has tremendous value and can often overcome financial shortcomings when dealing with strong competitors in your niche. TermChase.com is currently the only way to find those highly valuable keywords.
I've written an indepth article about the tremendous value our database provides, in case you want to know more.
Of course, the data can also be used for marketing venues other than SEO.
warm regards,
Michael Stieger
