Alternative for PTP ? yes. I use viral te coop, but have catch, site must be listed on viral list sites and same ip give valid view after 3h. As i know all this ptp sites have something frame breaking (or something like this) and many sites don't accept ptp links.

I know at least ten marketers whose profile on Rotate4all is blocked without a valid reason for that. A bad way to avoid paying off honest members.

I promoted one of my websites here, I've got 3-4 inactive registered users and I paid $4.99 (waste of money).
Also, I tried to use this website and I've got banned after 2 weeks. The admin doesn't understand that traffic received from manual surf or auto surf is crap traffic, no matter if is done manually or automatic, user doesn't care about the visited website, he wants just the reward. Also, when I asked why I've got banned, admin provided a retarded answer, so I suggest you to avoid using this website (or at least don't invest money in advertising, waste of money).

I've seen a couple traffic promoters that only charge like $10 for 20k visitors and most use bitly and will provide the bitly link to you for stats, if the shortlink is paying good enough youll make that $10 back easily.

Yes, but the shortlink provider pays only if the visitor clicks on the chaptca or something like that , shortlink provider doesn't pay for visit only. The webpages which i was promoted have special shorlink advertising possibility which force the users to click on the captcha.
