Ripple has finally submitted its first official response to the court against the SEC's allegations. The file submitted by Ripple to the court consists of 93 pages. In a new blog post published by Ripple's chief legal counsel, Stuart Alderoty, the response to the SEC's allegations is summarized under 7 points. Perhaps the most important of these items are:
--- Ripple has never conducted an ICO, has never raised money to sell its tokens.
--- Ripple has never made investment deals with XRP investors.
--- Ripple is a virtual currency and is therefore outside the SEC's jurisdiction.
What are your thoughts on the upcoming lawsuit?

As the case approaches, new developments occur. Various statements have been made, but let's see how they will support the defense they have reported.

Well , in a new report . Ripple demands that Bitcoin and Ethereum documents be used to compare theirs ,in order to see that there is no difference between them

I think ripple still have a lot of backing and evidence , i just wish they could win the law suit case and let things end quickly , that's the thing

Which includes a note by Ripple that previous settlement discussion took place under previous administration and were principally with relevant division director who have since left the SEC.

All this charges beckoned only Ripple?? That's too much. Have SEC forgotten that Ripple is a virtual currency not centralized the way they think. Everything must not be visible as they think.
The fact is that am very confused on this whole ripple and SEC issue . It seems that something is wrong internally which is not visible to people

Its more about personal iswue with ripple , but i hope ripple could actually fight for the case and win it at the end , i really don't like the way it's taking time

Maybe, before SEC become so persistent to drag Ripple to this length. Their is something anonymous behind it, that they don't want to share with us.
Well , the court verdict will expose everything . We will know who have cockroaches in their cupboard. Ripple has more chances of winning.

These issues should have been sorted by now and going by Ripple's statements, there shouldn't have been issues in the first place unless something fishy was going on.
Ripple obviously have won the case , only that sec are not just interested in terminating the case in favour of ripple, because it's quite clear that ripple are not victim
