The three questions asked by sec include the funding , development and the proposals and the record history as well

The answer are to be presented and debated till 18th may after which a final answer may be given decided by court till 30th

They have proof that they are not security ,what is needed now is the sec removal of the lawsuit case issues , because the lawsuit have really been a problem from the beginning , xrp is actually a great coin to invest in , with more interest place in it , things would get better

Ripple is a company that comes after XRP and they don't seems to accept that.. SEC seems like they are just power tripping at this point they are dragging this case for so long. With what I am seeing online for the past months that the case have been running ,I feel ripple are going to win , because if how confident they are ,and for the fact that they are actually not hiding from the press and others ,shows how much confidence they are

Man, this lawsuit is going for far too long. Hopefully they can win, but eh, even if they lose, that won't affect the whole market as a whole. Most governments already showed interest in developing their own blockchain and official crypto for each nation. Good luck for them.

With what I am seeing online for the past months that the case have been running ,I feel ripple are going to win , because if how confident they are ,and for the fact that they are actually not hiding from the press and others ,shows how much confidence they are

I also think they are gonna win.. because even old bosses of SEC are saying it was baseless of the SEC now also Coinbase have go into their defence although they did ban them to cater the wants of SEC before.. i think they have realized what SEC winning the case will do to crypto currency market

if they should win the the case now it could even have positive effect on the cryptocurrency market , that's why I have always wish that ripple continues to win the case , because definitely they are important in that order I think tho

The fact of the matter is that the Ripple company has decided that they will carry on in the future, no matter whatever consequences the company may face. I think that this may be important for the investors as they have invested much money in the coin. Ripple might have had faced much liquidation due to this case.

yes, I think investors want to hear any good news since it is a long time of uncertainty, I also think that is what Ripple has to do if the fact that it lost does not affect it so much because they continue to develop and their currency has value.

I thought this lawsuit should have ended a long time ago. It has stretched so far, giving xrp investors and owners more anxiety for the outcome. I hope the questioning goes well and the case comes to an end.

Even in Nigeria where legal suits use to drag so long, this kind of scenario will not happen. I think everybody involved is already tired and want the legal dragging to come to an end. This litigation not ought to exceed next few months except if there is some hidden interest.
