Ripplex is not in any way distracted by SEC legal action though it has reduced the speed of their progress.

Brad Garlinghouse, the Ripple Labs CEO recently revealed that Ripple going public is sacrosanct and is only delayed by the SEC lawsuit. Ripple is questioning why SEC thinks that bitcoin and ether were commodities, not securities like XRP. Ripple however hasn't stopped working with partners overseas as they view it as a currency, signing over 20 contracts this year. The Ripple case is making progress as court grants Ripple's regulatory clarity motion.
In your opinion will this development inform you to invest more on Ripple?

This is good to hear. The company Ripple Labs is not only about xrp but have many other laudable projects in its arsenal. This is just delay for them definitely not a denial.

Good news actually , other companies who were charged as well by sec have won their cases and are progressing again , indeed its just a matter of time to be honest

I'm also very optimistic that Ripple will win the case against sec and the coin will boost faster especially when the market get recover fully.

I think many exchange platform are not even bothered about the law suit again ,because its like the law suit case isnt a big issue again , i still hope they sort it out
