Ripple's lawyer does not expect a chairman intervention on the issue, but hopes a regulatory change that will be more appropriate for the firm. Ripple predicted in a post on its website that Joe Biden's administration will likely bring a "refocus on regulation and enforcement" in the crypto space.

I guess you have noticed, there seems to be an increase in this kind of news. Maybe there will be positive developments that we do not know seriously, who knows.

I think there may be Changes, considering how Biden has set the ground running by signing 15 executive orders and I believed he will do something on crypto.

Yeah I'm seeing Biden helping to bring the needed change. There will be a lot of reforms that will bring about only positive impact. It will happen very soon

Anything aside, yes, she can do that because she has almost all powers. As long as they make laws that will not upset small investors and do not disturb the markets.
