For them to go ahead to arrange this deal few days ago despite the lawsuit issue ,shows that they are quite convinced that they will win the lawsuit.

That's just it , it is very likely they hire one of the best or most experienced lawyers to fight the case and they are very positive of the outcome.

In my opinion, this is actually a good development because it shows that there is the possibility to expand ripple and because ripple is looking to the future and its expansions as well, in a way it also shows the confidence that they seem to have in the lawsuit which can be incredible for those that are busy with investments in the coin. Perhaps ripple is not out of the game just yet.

The present trials to create value for XRP , is an indication that the SEC may be right with their lawsuit. I hope that xrp will have a strategy to avoid the this becoming the case.

The thing is that many crypto users already know about the xrp law suit case and others ,and this creates fear among investors , so they should first solve the lawsuit case

Nobody said that the lawsuit is coming from the investors , the lawsuit came from SEC ,a regulatory body in US. It came after ripple moved out from US .

I think Ripple may not be able to win this lawsuit because of the rate at which top companies holdl their transaction. I think they somehow got hold of the truth

The trial date for the trial is February 22nd, and there is very little time left. I guess there will be no result in the first hearing, but maybe we can get some ideas for the next process.

The first hearing will provide with some hint ,in whether xrp stand a chance against ripple or not. Many investors will take further action after this first hearing

Thats true and there might likely be a Postponement of the trial with the new administration in place to enable her study most of the cases because some might be politically motivated.
