It is no longer something easy or unnoticed that Ripple investors are so much concerned on why ripple as not been really been in use by banks .
The CTO of Ripple tried to answer this questions on Twitter with the following reason that the reluctance in adoption is as a result of the challenges that ripple is facing such as "fear of reprisals from existing partners,Regulatory uncertainty, last mile problems, e.t.c.
It was unfortunate that PayPal didn't add Xrp to the number of coins that they will offer by next year when they fully key into cryptocurrency.

Ofcourse but it's exclusion in the coins to be listed by PayPal is a sign that PayPal do not believe in this coin , XRP which is the 4th performing altcoin

i am with the opinion that paypal wants to go with btc /eth because at spike times they can profit a lot whereas in xrp they do not see the same thing to be happening at the same time

I am thinking that for now, Paypal may be testing the waters with the core and most profitable coins. They may add ripple later on when there is an improvement with the coin.

I think the fear of insecurity is also one thing that makes them not willing to use , they aren't sure how secure it would be so they prefer using Eth ,btc

With no particular push at all, ripple is still trying to rise and it actually is, you could just imagine how far it would go if there was a little push.

That's my point exactly, a lot of altcoins needs this little push that will make people begins to invest in them, these coins have potential to grow

It is very likely that if PayPal see that ripple is been used by different banks especially in the American continents they would add it and this will increase the value of ripple.

We hope that they will think towards that direction , however there is a post I read sometime ago that shows ripple excluded in PayPal cryptocurrency platform . I don't know if it is true .

It is true that ripple is not included but if they had another review they may reconsider ripple because I know it is a coin with potential. I hope when they wi male such announcement I should be aware because it will surely affect the price of ripple positively.

Same here. By the time they open cryptocurrency platform and people discover that ripple is absent , they will surely demand PayPal to include it there.

I think from the look of things Ripple must have had a laid out plan on how it was going to be accepted and intergrated in a banking system and honestly to achieve that lets say in the next 5years then we are expecting that crypto company to purchase the largest shares in banks.
So force one year's itvwill not be can easy nut to crack.Despite the announcement by Paypali think a decision will be rescinded soon.
