When it comes to a lawsuit the one thing that you can never be assured of is an outcome because there can always be things that will change the trajectory of the lawsuit and new evidence may come to light that may turn the tides on the winning party. This could be the case with the SEC lawsuit against ripple, however despite this lawsuit it seems that the coin is starting to grow at a rapid and alarming rate outside of America. This can be seen with how many countries are getting involved with the coin and the expansion of the ripple company as well.
