What do you think these developments in Ripple mean?

A development like this only shows that the lawsuit against report is not in any way affecting their relations with different countries and platforms that are willing to partner with them and make sure that the best comes out of them .I only wish that they will be able to settle this case once and for all so that by next year everything will return back to normal and they can grow their project.
