The majority of our members are outside the United States so what you said is not true. However, there aren't too many opportunities for countries in Africa.

They had the best rates before for Hideout, but they lowered their rates a while back (maybe like 1 or 2 years ago?). Still, I think they're within the top 5 , so it's still worth it.
