i think this is true , because I have noticed most especially on WhatsApp how the customers are replied with bots ,it won't cause problem to those that are waiting to get replied , even if the seller is not online ,the bots would be able to attend to different questions that have been programmed

Yes bots are being utilized now more than before. It's integration with websites and social media platforms is the game changer as it's where the customers interact with the business. Keeping a customer waiting is not good so bots can keep them busy till a customer service agent comes on board.

This is because I have had problems with some platforms before and when I went to their social media and contacted them but the replies i got was from a bots and I was very much irritated.

Ot took almost a week before my problem was resolved. That is why I don't always advise people to use bot instead they should use humans that can easily solve the problems.
