Do not feel dejected for being refused,apply to other networks and tell them sincerely how you intend to promote their CPA campaign,being accepted in CPA network is not automatic.There are certain criteria to be met

Indeed you are right and adworkmedia does not requires the users to have their accounts approved now , but all the accounts now are approved on automatic Signup basis , only thing a publisher need is an email which I guess everyone has one to be honest actually in my opinion.
