This looks like it's going to be big, it has a new, different concept of renting referrals.
It's a lot to explain, so I just copied and pasted from their site. Please read:

What is Referrals.Rent?
Referrals.Rent is a paid to click site with an innovative concept such as
Referral Insurance
• Each Rented Referral is considered as slots.
• You will get credited from Rented Referrals for the clicks made on Sticky Ads only. There would be 10 sticky Ads everyday.
• To Guarantee Rented referral Activity, we introduce a mechanism called Referral Insurance.
• If a Rented Referral slot does not click 10 Sticky Ads, Referral Insurance triggers and grab clicks from the Fixed Ads and credit to the upline to compensate the lack of clicks. For example, when a Rented Referral slot clicks only 4 sticky Ads, 6 more clicks will be credited from the clicks they made on Fixed Ads and credited to the upline to compensate for the lack of clicks.
• If a Rented Referral slot neither clicked on Fixed Ads nor Sticky Ads, Referral Insurance triggers and grab clicks from a new user and credits to the slot.
• Referral Insurance ensures each rented referral slot has 10 clicks.
• Autopay is enabled by default. Enabling of Autopay is mandatory for the Referral Insurance to work correctly.

Highest Commission on Direct Referrals
• When one of the users registers using your Referral link, they will receive $1 Bonus in main balance.
• You will receive a whooping $5 for every new Referral who upgrades to Golden membership when you are a Golden member yourself - We pay the highest commission in the industry.

What is a Golden Membership
You need a Golden membership to Rent Referrals.
Golden membership cost only $10 - a fraction of what other PTC site ask and it's valid for 1 full year.
Once you upgrade to Golden membership, click on the Rent Referrals button and follow the instructions to Rent Referrals.

Do i have to click ads in order to earn from my referrals the next day?
No, you are not required to click in order to earn from your Referrals tomorrow.
If you have Rented Referrals, our Referral Insurane triggers if rented referral do not click.

What is the minimum payout
There is no minimum payout for Golden member. You can request your payment as soon as you have some main balance. Example: $0.01. However, please note that for standard members, the minimum payout is $5.

I got paid. This isn't just from referral earnings though, I helped the admin with finding bugs and spelling,

I was the moderator of HitsCash forum, yes, but I wouldn't say I clearly supported them.

If you recall from the Hitscash forum, I repeatedly told everyone daily that they were not investing, they were buying advertising. The advertising there was quite good, while it lasted.

I highly suggest everyone be careful of this site as well.

So, this site become scam after a month... I tried to warn about this, it was just the HitsCash admin. Also they are trying to scamming people with new one; Bapverts...
