They said before that our balence 21RBTC is withdrawable, now they charging fee 0.01 ETH need to be deposit before withdraw RBTC, its totally scam.

Had anyone already tried to deposit 0.01 ethereum in order to withdraw 20 USDT? I don't understand why they need 0.01 ethereum when they can payout 20 USDT with just small ethereum fees like 0.0002 ethereum. Looks like a scammy airdrop
