Bitpay is the intermediary crypto-currency payment gateway that big real estate firm, Pacaso will be using to accept Crypto currencies such as bitcoin (BTC), ethereum (ETH), litecoin (LTC), bitcoin cash (BCH), dogecoin (DOGE), and wrapped bitcoin (WBTC) for payment transaction.

The real estate company is own by Spencer Rascoff and Austin Allison.

The mass crypto adoption by institution is actually a move to increase crypto awareness more and obviously contribute more to a spike in the price of cryptocurrency

I like that other sectors are starting to see the need to accept crypto currency not just Bitcoin. This will create more awareness and enable people have confidence in it

I saw a similar post to this where a Colombian real estate firm accepts cryptocurrency payments. It's really good to see another example in this case.
