Hi , I have an unverified PayPal account , and I used to receive payments in it normally , but about some months ago , I could not receive paymets anymore
So I want to know if the PayPal policy changes and they don't send paymets to unverified accounts or it's just me ?!
And also I want to verify my account knowing that I don't have a credit card

PayPal is still sending money to unverified PayPal, I know this because I'm using one. So I don't think it about the status of your account it might just be for another issue. So you can't contact PayPal to find out.

paypal is working just fine , there were no updates regarding these transactions , the last update was about fees , they aren't the same for all countries anymore , each tier of countries will have their own fees during transactions

Scroll past your recent activity go down you will see at the bottom contact us where you also have help and security. Use that to contact them.

I contacted the support team and they said that after some new regulations , residents of my country can receive PayPal money only 9f their account is verified !

I have lost access to my PayPal account. I know the mobile number that I used to sign up but forgot the password , there is no option for receivering the password sadly , that's the thing I hate about the PayPal , they said I need to contact their customer call number!!

I think the problem may be as a result of the site you are receiving the fund from.
The only effect unverified PayPal account is that you will be restricted to a specific amount of money you can send and receive.

I haven't used Paypal for a while and I had some funds received today, just to notice the fee was almost $20. Paypal sucks big time.
Since when they have such big fees anyway? They were the best, now seems that it changed to be the worst.

actually , they are high indeed , almost 0.4$ for a single 1$ xD , but in your case , i don't think that 20$ is a big amount compared to the 327$ , even tho , there must be a solution , those fees are just annoying

they will contact you if someone paid from funds coming from compromised account usually 24 to 48 hours if you don't attend to it, then time to say bye bye to paypal.

Credit card isn't the only way to verify PayPal account. You can use VCC or debit card (if your bank support it) to verify it.

I used VCC in my first time using PayPal, and now I changed it to debit card.

as for business account here are their fees according to paypal

As with any payment processing company, there are fees for processing business transactions through PayPal: For online transactions, PayPal charges 2.9 percent of the transaction amount, plus a flat fee of 30 cents, if the funds come from within the United States

but the advantage is for the user, if a business account pays you in paypal and you have personal account , the business account pays the fees not you.

@Mr. B I suggest that you make an announcement , and call the members to download the PayPal app and rate it 1 stars and say that they will change to a different payment system !
If a 1000 members at least do this , PayPal might think about it and might reduce the fees a little
