Um, for now BUT just this minute I had an email from them detailing new plans with high returns. It is VERY VERY common for sites to offer new high return plans just before scamming, so I would be very wary of.investing now

When you joined you were asked to create two passwords - a login password and a transaction password. If you have forgotten your transaction password then I suggest you contact support to see if it is recoverable.

2 factor authenication tends to be more common on big sites - so it is not a particular surprise that it is not used here. I guess you must have just forgotten to take note - easily done, I hope support helps you recover the password OK.
