Hostkoala is $5 a year so you might want to check that out. Has good specs too.
I can agree that qhoster isnt the cheapest tho :)

My 2 websites are down since yesterday while they still must running. I read a lot of bad comments about Qhoster. Till now I also had no complaints about this company, but since I paid a second time for renew one of my domains, all my domains are suddenly down for 2 days.
I always get the message: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) and I don't get any reply on my support ticket. I never changed anything and suddenly I receive this error when I try to access my sites.
Who has the same problems like me or who has a solution for this error?

Try to reach the support via Skype or phone to get a faster response. I hope they will solve your problem soon. Surely they will reply to your ticket sooner or later.

I did that but they told me I must write a support ticket for technical questions. They don't help you via Chat or Skype.

Yes they replied already 2 times. They migrated to another server. But now I have a problem with MySQL Database. I hope they can solve the problem for me because I don't know how to fix this problem. I get the following error: "Access denied for user 'jakmonit_hl'@'localhost' (using password: YES) "

I normally do work with new companies because technical things are really sensitive and I also not happy if customers support is not instant and not giving instant support. Support ticket is very long process.
