1/ no i did not write to the support cause i have read many testimonials like mine (on TrustPilot for example)
2/ i I wanted to use the rest of my claims (since the pending) to advertise ("ad management" in "PTC ads" menu)
but, there too, the minimums are very high - minimum 100 clicks* - so i have no certainty not to be scammed on the "ad management" too.

* minimum 100 clicks = for example 0.00008000 BCH or 0.00025800 LTC to launch a PTC campaign.

Dont waste time with this site.
