ProTypers is the sister website to MegaTypers. The company owns both websites and hires people worldwide to do data entry level jobs. However, this type of work is basically looking at captcha all day long and typing them out.

Pros:

1. The job is easy and it does pay.
2. There is no work experience needed.
3. Speed typing is a big plus if you want to work for them.

Cons:

1. You only have 15 seconds to read the captcha and type in your answer.
2. If you get this wrong, you are warned and then your account is suspended.
3. Many people have issues with the time frame of reading and trying to type in the captcha correctly. Some of them are so bad that people just can't get them right.
4. Many say working for this company is like working for a boss who yells at you all day long.
5. A few people who have worked for this company claim they were banned just before they reached payout.
6. it takes a lot of work to reach payout on this site.

From all the research I have done this company does pay. Unless your account is suspended because you couldn't type the captch fast enough or typed it incorrectly.

Does anyone here work for ProTypers or MegaTypers. I did see a review on the site for MegaTypers but I can't find one at all for ProTypers.

Many people who talk about these companies online consider them the same company. However, when you do research on them, they are two different companies owned by the same people. So many sites who hire people for data entry, basically only want them to sit and type captchas all day long. When I think of data entry it isn't typing captchas for a company. What are your thoughts on all of this?

Not worth it. I did try protypers and megatypers but I gave up after $0.3. Simple reason, it's boring and it could be scammy. Also, I prefer a quicker earning, so I'll stick with my PTPs.

I was once suckered into joining one of these sites by a friend. They told me how wonderful this was and how much they were earning. They begged me to join them so I did. I took one look at the work and left immediately. I didn't even want to try this at all. I understand what you mean, but there are some people who simply love this type of work and they enjoy doing this.

Some people enjoy not thinking a lot or doing too much work. They can plug in their music and sit there for hours typing these things. They say once you get use to looking a them they become quite easy. I never have found them easy to read or even look at. I couldn't do this for hours on end to earn a few buck. Like you said it is boring work and not too interesting at all. Now if you had to take an image of a document and retype the document for pay that is another story. That one isn't as bad.

If this is the same as the others that rates 1000 solved captcha equivalent to $0.01. Even if its paying/legit, is it worth your time and effort? There is 'A LOT' of opportunities other than this my friend.

There are many people who do those captchas. They are so repetitive and anyone can be fatigued even before 24 hours are over. You need to hire a robot to handle those tasks for you.

Well, some people have such a repetitive lifestyle that you can call them robots. Thank god, my life still has not come close to that level.

Thanks for letting us know about these platforms. However according to you there are more cons than pros. :) I also googled ProTypers and many people have marked this program as spam. But, I think it is too early to judge without experiencing. I would think of them when someone post payment proofs here. :)

It isn't a spam site. The only problem with these types of sites is you sit there and type in one code after another. Not all of them are readable and you don't have long to type them in. If you miss the deadline of typing them in it is counted against you. So if you like this type of work then the site is a good one for you to work on.

I tried the site once and my body felt weird and I even had headache. I doubt if a normal person can do those captures for 8 hours. Unless those who work there haven't discovered about other sites that pay well.

I know for sure it wouldn't be something I could do for very long. Plus the pay on these sites isn't that great. I think for this type of work they need to consider what it does to people having to read all that strange characters and typing them in all day long.

when I request a support ticket with the problem for typer solver, they give me a permanent banned
their reason is "you have been pressing" DO NOT KNOW "
funny when I did not type for 2 days because of other busyness
and I remember 2 days ago my account still works

old problem, 6 months ago or more, my account has reached minimum payout, and I got my account unpaid because my account is banned permanent too, but I do not bother about it

I think this is their scheme for not paying workers

I'm not saying this is entirely a scam
just be careful and warn
I'm currently on a support ticket and waiting for replies about my account, but I have not got any replies

I joined them at a time when I didn't know that there were better paying sites and it's okay to say that I wasted my time and data on that site plus it would take forever before I make payout. When you also add how boring and monotonous the site is.

I agree with your opinion
there is much better work and more income than in protypers
eye health and back health uh it's a risk if choose protypers as income

This site is s sister to megatypers .And I tend to hate these sites,you get blocked permanently without even noticing your mistakes.Something strange is that I have never seen any payment proofs from them.

I have read so many complaints about this site. All of what people are saying on here is happening all over the net. So many people claim they work on this day in and day out and finally reach the payout and the site bans them. This is a rip off and not even fair. They have all this work for free and don't bother to pay the people who do this. I guess this is one reason I stay away from sitels like this.
