When you are either selling the products through shopify. Or if you are selling the low priced products an an affiliate. It can be pretty difficult to have some margin from the same. And you may end up having the cost to profit ratio there. And it may not always work out. I am trying to find out if there are resources that shows us if we can automate our approach for promoting such products and earn some random small yet trail profits in the process.

What's your approach on promoting the low cost profit products? Do you think it's worth it?

it will work if there is a current demand

for example :

let's say independence day is coming and you buy some sort of badges / tshirts costing 200$ for about 100 pieces ..

you can make the profit of 100% when you just start promoting it with a facebook ad targeted to 18-25 most likely buyers

buying big quantity will make your prices less .. sell exact 1-2 days before occasion and do make a contract with shipments company before

This will your product will be gone in flashes if it is really fashionable and trendy ... offering you quick positive roi

if you are selling low priced products the best thing is you can do that drive traffic to the landing pages , example to sell a pill or relaxent , i will hire a girl to make video and drive traffic to the affiliate link you can try your twist

IT's something really cool if done in a big numbers anyway. It's not especially should be something like really facebook ads or something like that anyways or sort of that, but more like something SEO or so, it's all adds up over time, with paid ads only on trending events, yes.

exactly , so you'll have to sell dozens of those products in order to make few dollars ( or even cents )

for me , promoting products that are 2$ or less ain't worth it , something between 5$ & 10$ would be fine enough , atleast you'd make a bit of $ out of that , unlike those 0.99$ products

I think one who wishes to do this should bear in mind that he had to sell large quantity of the product to make a decent profit . This can be affected by poor demand which makes the person to earn poorly after a huge struggle.

Selling lowed price products high point is selling in large quantities to make a good amount of profit. Earning few cents from each product and selling just few of them daily might kill such business.

You can just use a dropshipping partner like Oberlo for example. You can add Oberlo to Shopify by the way. (Keep in mind, I never use Oberlo but I heard some good things about)

But if you use paid ads to sell low priced items, it will eat into your profits. I suggest maybe having some high or medium priced items in your shop if you are planning to use paid ads to direct traffic.

I only had experienced selling low price products (stickers, greeting cards and postcards) in Redbubble which I designed myself. Is it worth it? Sort of, but I only made a few dollars here and there and I did not have to pay for ads.

they aren't any profitable to be honest here, the profit isn't huge unless the number of the sells that you are getting is exteremly huge, so that's 50/50

Depends on the product quality (not all cheap products are bad you know) and how you market it. Obviously, cheap products are easier to get conversion to.

people use shopify stores as you know, I think their tactic to promote low priced product is like that
they make an ad for a high profit product on facebook or instagram then when someone buys it on their store
the client get a pop ad about that low cost product for sale
and this is how they can promote 2 products in one AD

In my opinion, marketing low priced products is not worth it at all even if you sell a lot of product the profit margin will not be much

Cheap products are hard to know. Especially to know their worth in the market. I would not advice you to take on marketing low prices product, unless you know the value of what you want to sell.
actually no, they are the most targetted products because they are nice deals in most of the cases and everyone can afford, if you are lucky enough to sell huge quantities then everything should go fine

even if he sells a lot of items, the profit will be so hard because the prodcuts are sooo cheap

Not sure about that. It's better to succesfully sold 100 pens priced $1 each, than to fail selling one product that costs $100. People always looking for cheap products first.

they surely do but making a profit from something that is extremely cheap is very hard

well yeah, that's the point, unless you own those products, because atleast you can control the profit and separate it from the original price, but doing that as an affiliate marketer isn't worth it at all

But is there a way and by way I mean any way at all that one can make a low cost product highly productive in the market.
if you increase the price of a low priced product, i guarantee you that nobody is gonna buy it because it will be overpriced and not a low priced product anymore

Selling a low priced product is still okay but make sure you fetch out your profit and look for any competition then you can consider using affiliate marketing to promote your product

If you are marketing a Low price product, you can use marketing pages or group from Facebook or try to post the product on trending pages on Facebook this way you can get people to patronize but it still depends on the size and how demanding the product is.
Yeah it depends on the product because there are some product's that requires more marketing strategies more than Facebook and others and the size matters also
