I stumbled onto this website and was wondering if anyone had any experiences with it.

I haven't used it, but I would be really wary about a site using a proboards account that doesn't have its own domain name. Also according to the statcounter no members or staff have been online in the last 24 hours, and they don't seem to be updating the public boards frequently or clearing spam from them.

Stick with old forum posting sites, TFW for example, the one you mention don't inspire trust since they use subdomain which you can get for free.

It looks like a good site to me until I scrolled down and encountered this shout - !!!!THE ADMIN TO PRO FORUM POSTERS HAS NOT SIGNED IN "YEARS" DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS NEGLECTED SITE!!!!!

So maybe that's an abandoned site and it would be a waste of time. By the way, another site like that is ChatAbout which used to be my money-earner. But it has closed down last year for unknown reasons.

These guys need to get out of the business if they're not going to daily, or at the very least, weekly care. Anyhow, obviously, as many have noted on this forum, nobody wants to sign up for something with such low legitimacy.

I've seen some legitimate and popular websites on subdomains. For instance, many people use Blogspot and WordPress connected subdomains. Therefore, that might not be the problem.

I have not heard of the site but I would be careful with it. Personally I would try it out but wouldn't invest too much time posting on it because it seems to be new and not very well developed. It still has a free subdomain which is a huge put off. I know a lot of legit sites use subdomains but a paid to post forum having a subdomain is just a huge warning light. If they can't afford a proper domain, how can they pay their users?
