This is scam or at least doubtful. There isn't a single rule on their website, yet they banned me without and warnings or anything. 2 days later I noticed I'm banned after sending lots of LEGIT visits. (not adult or faucet or anything like that).

I have been working on the site for a long time without any problem and it pays instantly but look at the rules above, you may have made a mistake so your account has been banned.

I think the admin is drooling over tier 1 traffic. When they see you have traffic from tier 2 3 countries, they are not "interested" in the traffic.

I have no other explanation. Everything is legit on my side.

Yeah. Sorry I decreased the CPM there but I lowered it to just 2 pops altogether so my site will basically be easy to pass with slightly lower rates.

paying for me, guys you must contact the owner to confirm your traffic, if you use stranger site. i always contacted the admin on fb and begged him to decrease PAYEER from $10 to $5. minimum PAYER was $10 before.

- as for icut site , my traffics being blocked 80-90% these days, i told luke about it, so he checked and cleaned ads and now its easy to skip links and cross rate is good today:)
