Being sworn in yesterday 20 January 2020 , president Biden has frozen all laws against cryptocurrency , such the FinCen against cryptocurrency industry ,and the law by former Treasury , Stephen Mnuchin against controversial self-hosted crypto wallet.

What do you make of this , does this show his support for cryptocurrency ?

Yeah this shows he is still in support of crypto currency but he should consider the consequences of Freezing the law against self hosted crypto wallet because there are many crypto scams and others

I don't know the reason why he did that but all I can say is crypto has come to stay in America. Is only frozen which means it can be revisited much later time.

I don't actually think that he is in support of cryptocurrency. I think he is trying to assess the issue of cryptocurrency and wants a clean slate to begin with. After being educated about cryptocurrency by his aids and advisers i think his next decision concerning cryptocurrency will tell whether his administration will support cryptocurrency.

If there is a valid reason of banning something because of a scam, then it is fine. Yet otherwise such bans should go away. I hope this ban lifting helps the overall Crypto industry.

Concerning president Biden cancelling laws against self hosted wallet. Well, I believe he is in support of cryptocurrency but he froze it which can be unfrozen in the future, and the self hosted wallet shoud be taken a close look at to avoid scams

The reason he frozed it is that the self hosted wallet do actually involve in scams and others i think and that is the reason he froze it i think
