I joined PopTM thinking it as a popular Popunder ad network and heard that they always pay on time. I never tried their ads but I referred 36 publishers and I was paid referral earnings twice. But, from the past 3 months my referral payment is pending. They stopped responding to my messages on Skype and E-Mail. To my surprise I found that they stopped paying everyone. Beware of this network if you're planning to join as an advertiser or a publisher. Does anyone has a similar experience with this network?

Sorry about that,I checked online and same complaint of non payments for those due for payments.I think they did the initial marketing strategy for luring people then renege later.This is a popular strategy used by advertisers

Yes you're right. I really tried hard to promote this network on my blog and social media. This is really hurting because my referrals trusted me and joined this network. The bad is they didn't receive their earnings.
