The high transaction fees on the ethereum network has been a concern to many even discouraging a lot of small investors from taking on ETH. Thankfully, polygon has come to the rescue with many people taking interest in the recently launched network that has helped reduce traffic on the ETH network and consequently reducing transaction fees. According to trustnodes.com, the month of June has seen such decline in the fees after so many months of crazy fees.

Yeah , matic (polygon) has been trending for a while ,this is good move and may likely force ethereum to speed on ways to reduce gas fee in it blockchain.

I also look forward to seeing ethereum developers do something about the fees with all the competition out there. Many would prefer alternatives than stick with a network that consumes so much in fees.

I am very happy about this. My records say that 20% of my transactions are on the ETH chain and the Gas was a reason to slow down or look for alternatives. Still Eth is one of my darlings, but the fees made all complicated. I am very much looking forward when transactions will stay on a calculable low value - there is still earning potential, since even if you just can earn a fraction of the fee, it scales!

If anyone asked me which coin you liked after BTC, ETH, BNB then I'll answer it MATIC. Normally small investors like use like a chain that has lower fees and polygon have the lowest fees and many dapps running on this chain. Coordination with ETH, MATIC will be the future crypto.

Polygon has attracted a lot of attention to it's self in the last couple of months. The project has good use cases and may likely survive long in the crypto world

I hope the fee continues to drop further and the bearish market season of June contributed to the decline in fee apart from the polygon impact

The high cost of ethereum gas fees made many developers and crypto enthusiasts switch to alternatives like binance, polygon, Heco, FTM and the likes. They also offer fast transactions.

Yes! Polygon Network has lower fees. I minted an NFT on Opensea, but through Polygon Network. It's free! I don't have any Matic coins, and I'm able to mint my NFT unlike with Ethereum, which fees are too high.

Most L2 networks forked from Ethereum are usually cheaper and faster. Most projects are moving over to polygon because of it's cheap fees and fast transaction. Optimism, Arbitrum and Zksync are good alternatives too.

It's one of the main reasons why polygon was created to really help the Ethereum network and relieve it of transactions, I think Polygon has a bright future ahead of it, It is also one of the ones that is having the best performance in this bear market

Yes it's now gaining more traction and more projects since Solana started having issues. I think it's a popular destination for Gamefi projects. One other advantage they have is they're not hated by other blockchain communities.

Yes, I also heard that many NFT projects are migrating to Polygon, I don't know what the reason was, it could be due to solana's congestion problems, anyway Polygon is doing things well, solana doesn't seem to be moving forward, if he continues like this Polygon ecosystem in the next Bullrun will explode

That's true! I'm using Polygon, and I'm considering Arbitrum, and Zksync. I haven't tried Optimism though but I'll research on it.

That's true man! Polygon is doing very well! I even minted and NFT using Polygon Network. With Solana, nevermind. I was disappointed on it before.

Let's hope it stays that way. Polygon is really coming out and a lot of people have their eye on Polygon. I think that as I said above, the next bullmarket is going to give Polygon a brutal rise. We are probably in front of a real gem.

I think there are a lot out there Polygon has to offer. There are so many projects coming. Though I can see other networks ready to rise like Cosmos. Maybe Polygon might enter the top 5 or higher than its current 10th position.

Cosmos is also one of my strong bets, have you seen the staking? simply brutal, also its definition is very good and many projects are coming, I hope that cosmos 2.0 is 100% ready soon

I'm starting out there since my friend, who's also a Filipino is an ambassador. I saw a lot of great projects that's worth investing on. But of course, research is still important before investing on something.

Zksync is in partial mainnet and fully testnet. The gas fees is very cheap and it's fast. They're preparing to launch publicly this year. Arbitrum is popular as well and has more tvl than optimism. They'll launch publicly this year too.

I certainly am not looking for new projects yet, due to the uncertainty of the market I am staying with the known that I will certainly be experiencing, although when the market clears up a little more I will start looking for new opportunities, it will probably be at the end of this year
