He probably saw my post recommending Evonax and decided to try it himself. They also accept altcoins in exchange for Paypal cash.
But after seeing his post about not receiving his cash makes me worried because I wanted to try them as well. I saw plenty of good reviews about Evonax on Trustpilot and on their Facebook but I guess they might be fake.

I came across paybis when I created my account with skrill and wanted to fund my account using bitcoin. It surely is a great way to exchange bitcoin to skrill USD. I haven't had any complains ever since I started using it.

I think that the best thing to do in such a case is to advertise your bitcoin in your local advertisements and i am sure that someone is bound to come along and then pay you for your bitcoin and you have the added bonus of negotiation so you can actually make a pretty good profit selling it too if you sell it right.

This is also true. I as just think of it as a way to cut out the middle man charges. and also i was thinking that because some sites locally for me offer free advertising so i thought it could be possible as well.

Well, like you said I believe there's not many sites that will allow people to advertise for free. We don't even know from where OP lives, so I think it's best fro him to try localbitcoin.com first.

Update, they have responded and will help me, they said they can refund the ETH i sent, hopefully this all works out, im hopeful now

Nice to hear that. I think it's way to risky to use little known exchange that people rarely use. Better use a more well-known exchange next time.

That is very good to hear. I am surprised that they are willing to do a refund, because i know that most places do not do refunds in terms of crypto transactions. It is good you are getting a refund though.

The exchange they offer is lower than market price. It's not that low i guess, but only exchange there if you really need to
