This app is for app developers. It is an affiliate program where the app developer embeds a code inside the app he has developed. When the app user (that is you) says yes and allows the app the developer (this is the one who earns on this app not you)t has made to use his location then the app developer is paid for the work. This is not a app that you are paid. Only the app developer gets paid if you decide to allow his app to use your location.
