Once you've made an account you can start with work. On this website there are two types of jobs that you can take:

A. Small jobs - employer requires from you to do a small task and pays you for that. Most common jobs on this website are:

* For success rate to fall from 100% to 75% you'll need to do between 10-15 jobs. As minimal time for review is 24 hours, that means that ideally, you can do 10 - 15 tasks per day. ("ideally" because some of the tasks take more and some less time to be rated)

B. Ongoing jobs - is a really good concept in which employer makes job that will last certain amount of time. If you apply for job and get accepted you'll need to do daily tasks and get paid for them. Most of these jobs last more than a month. So for that time you'll have daily steady income. Pico workers seems to be paying for now, but it has experienced longs periods of payment instability and I'm not sure I should trust it again. A lot of jobs are also shady stuff like clicking banner ads on a site, registering accounts under a certain profile, etc.

I also don't like their temporary success rate system. If our temporary success below 75%, we can't do more task. Not rated task also will decrease our temporary success too. Which is mean we should wait until the employers rating their task first and it may need up to 7 days.

This company is one of the best site that offer good numbers of job to be completed, but since they brought in the new admin all job completed is under proper examination and check before you are paid, and any mistake may result in suspend of your account.

Why cant you use the support ticket rather,I have experience similar problem in the pass the only solution to this problem is to message the support for assistant and your account need to be reset and new security password will be issued to you.

This is quite like microworkers. I have an account on it and done some jobs but I think I will choose microworkers over it as of now since I am quite near to the threshold in microworkers but I will definitely continue doing Pico if I have some free time also.
