Hi guys, well i won't take much of your precious time. I just wanted to ask that I have been using both photoshop and corel draw since I started to practice logo developing as so far I found both of them equally competing. However, there are some cons in both of them such as Photoshop's monthly subscription has a very high price where as the corel draw has a one time payment option. Also, I found a very cheaper editor that is luminar 2018 and I think you can just get ot for 45$ it's editing effects are stunning.
What do you think about this photo editors?

By Photoshop I guess you meant Adobe Photoshop. Well that is the best application for creating any icon , photo filter etc. That means you must spend more on it, that's why the monthly subscription that never ends. You can compare their speeds too, Adobe will actually win. Thus, you just have to go by the developer's request; it took them a hard time to make it.

Yeah you are right but Photoshop is quite expensive and that monthly subscription gives a kind a head ache as most of thr people can't afford it. So, at this point Adobe Photoshop has some lacking after all. They should decrease the subscription fees.

Let me be honest. Photoship is getting expensive. That's one reason I am leaning towards the Serif Designer. You may also find that paintshop pro seems to be a good application but it is not that feature rich like photoshop. I'd say that coreldraw is also good but it does not pack the punch like photoshop. So I am just getting comfortable with the serif designer and moving away from Adobe's photoshop and their other products.

Under Core Draw I think you mean Corel Draw. Corel Draw is better program for editing vector graphic than raster graphic so I think should what type you will edit.

Coreldraw is suite of programs like it is vector editor and photo editor and others. I think on that note I'd say that coreldraw is okay types but photoshops has more features and strong market. But it is noticed that there are many programs like it like Serif designer and all but none of them reached at photoshop level.

I thinks coraldraw is for making the desing and photoshop is for making it better. Photoshop as a lot more features than the coraldraw. But both of them have their own good features and both of them have high prices
