Perk Tv is the number one app when it comes to being paid to watch. All you have to do is download the app on an android or iOS device or go to the official Perk website.

Perk TV App Review.jpg

On Perk TV, you can earn points by completing surveys, offers and most importantly by watching videos. Watching videos is the best way to earn. All you have to do is click on one video, and once it is finished, the next will automatically load. This makes it super easy to earn points. This classifies Perk as a passive source of money.

Each video you watch gives you between 1-4 perk points. These points can be redeemed for a wide array of gift cards or for PayPal cash.

My favorite thing about Perk is that they allow you to use multiple devices to earn at the same time. You can have up to 5 devices per account (unwritten rule). Anything more is frowned upon and may get you banned.

I have used Perk for just a week now and have cashed out three $5 Amazon gift cards. You can too! Good Luck!

^I see, so it's starting to not be extremely passive anymore. I don't think it has something to do with your phone. Your phones are probably just fine. Problem could be on their end. Yeah, checking the app every now and then could be frustrating after a while. Still, it's free, so if you have time, I suggest you just go for it.

I've been using Perk for quite sometime now. I'm finding that as my devices age, it isn't working very well anymore. Not sure what the problem is. I bought 2 used Kyosera Hydros a year ago for Perk. They did a great job, more than paid for themselves a long time ago, but now one of them won't run more than one video before going back to the screen that lists the videos. Very frustrating. I don't have a very strong internet signal at the moment either, so my perk earnings are extremely small as I can't babysit the devices to keep them going. When I had 3 working devices, I was earning about $5 a week. Now it's been weeks and I'm still struggling toward another $5. I might give up on it, at least for a while, after next payout. I feel like it's hardly worth the effort anymore, especially since older ipod touches no longer have any ability to run it.

Is this really the case with the phones? I know if plenty of people who buy older phones just to run perk on. Maybe doing a factory reset to really see what the case is? The last few days passive apps were acting up a bit, especially on Earnhoney. Maybe its the site themselves and not really your phone?

So strange that you were making all that money and now less... I wonder if there are more users that are getting a lot of work or why is that happening?

Been running perk.tv for a few months now.
Sometimes it's great, get a few hundred points in a viewing session.
Other times it lags and crashes and it's unusable.

How often

How often do the ads freeze? How often do you have to check on it? That would be annoying especially when it freezes overnight.

Sometimes it goes the entire time nicely and I get some good points, but other times it'll freeze during the first video and I'll be stuck. I suggest checking it like five minutes after you set it up. It seems that it's either hit or miss.

How quickly do they redeem the points?
I'll be honest, I don't remember. I've been using the Perk Plastik card for so long, I forgot how long it takes to redeem gift cards. I want to say it's at best, near instant. At worst, maybe three or four days for an Amazon card code to be e-mailed. My memory is faulty to begin with, so take these guesstimates with a grain of salt.

What do you think the issue is? Is it the Perk app or is it the phones? I've heard that some higher end phones with better processors and larger memory run better. Has that been the case for you?

Hm... I'm thinking of a way to bypass the country limitation of this app. If I create a new Apple ID (US location) to be able to download the app and run it, will that work? Then, suppose I am successful in downloading and running the app, will I get points afterwards? Right now, I won't find it on the app store if I do a search using my current Apple ID.
I don't think it matters whether you create a new Apple ID. The Apple ID would still be logged on from the IP of your country. The only way
I have tried the whole Perk thing and it took a really long time for me to get anything substantial. On top of that I remember that the rewards were not all that great, so it just was not really for me. I was not sure if I was doing things right though, so maybe I was missing out on something. I had that feeling, but I am not too sure.
I used it for a little while with one phone and I was getting many points. I've read the only way to accumulate a good amount of point is to use multiple phones. I believe you can use up to 5 phones.

I've enjoyed using perk but it's not as easy to get money as it once was. I haven't used it in a while, so maybe things have improved. But it's good for a couple bucks here and there at the end of the month. If you're diligent about it it'll pay for your cellphone bill, which is a nice perk. Anyway, I suggest anyone give it a try and see if it's for them or not.

There seem to be some confusion here on the viability of this programme. However, I think I am going to test it out to see what really prevails with Perk TV, even though my expectations are not too high.

I've read plenty about it and it's definitely a legit website. It's just a matter of committing to it with enough phones to accumulate points. The ads freezing on the phones seem to be the only big issue that people are talking about.

It did matter, PerkTV appeared on my search results when I used a US-based Apple ID. Same thing goes for other apps, not just Perk. I am able to run PerkTV and even watch videos. The problem is that I don't earn any points or credits. So yeah, in the end, I guess your true location is really what matters.

It's legit for sure, you will make money given enough time. It's just will it be what you're looking for? The best way to find out is to just give it a shot. Maybe you'll like it and maybe it won't be your thing. But it doesn't cost you anything other than time so it's worth a shot!

right, you weren't able to earn points, so it didn't matter. That's the point I was making. The IP will still show your location regardless of how you were able to download the app.

I used perk for a little bit yesterday and racked up some points using multiple devices, but I wasn't able to log into the rewards site. I would absolutely love this program if I could actually use my points. Have you guys ever had this issue?

Were you trying to logon onto the site through the app? If so, try logging on using a computer. Otherwise, I would send Perk an e-mail describing your issue.

It seems the way they reward points isn't as good as it was before. I've also heard you could use a lot of phones, but now they limit it to five phones. It looks like if you have five phones, it could be worthwhile.

It is still unlimited as far as I know. There is nothing saying it isn't.
