One of the common occurrences that we have seen in the cryptocurrency world is the fact that there are many glitches that happen on exchanges and these are generally at the detriment to the user. However in a recent glitch on the PDAX exchange, the price of Bitcoin on the 16th of February dropped down to 6100 USD. At this point in the glitch there were many people that bought Bitcoin, however the exchange is calling for all of these bitcoins that were purchased to be returned to the exchange. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think that this is fair?

In some country there is a law that says the price you pay is the price the seller announced, a sealed deal is done. On the other hand this spread is very obvious a mistake, that can take the exchange out of business. This would limit the variety of the market and it would be a pity, therefore I am hoping that the buyers step back from the deal. For the sake of a healthy community. On the other hand, I'd understand the people that bought at this price and wanna keep the profit. This is an ethical decision - a hard one!!!

would you keep the profit or step back from the deal?

exchange platform should work on their platform ,they can't keep having glitch and others ,it's actually not good for their platform , before the price to come back ,am sure some work have already taken and withdraw the Bitcoin s fast befire getting caught

I am wondering why didn't people see and confirm the price before purchasing the Bitcoin in bulk quantity? Whenever such kind of remarkable change happens, I usually use different sources to confirm the report I get. Glitches are common thing and exchanges should try to improve their business by eliminating such kind of glitches. However, when it comes to digital world, glitches are quite common thing and they could appear at any time.

The people won't return as they will always feel that the profit is their unless and until any thing changes but the business will continue to make profits and this time the users finally made a good profit and this is good actually and not bad too :-)
